Sharad Upasani is that the Chairman of Blue dart. Mr. Sharad Upasani aged 81 years holds a Masters in Commerce and an LLB degree from Mumbai University, besides an MBA degree from USA.

He is now providing consultancy on Corporate Law and acts as an Arbitrator in corporate disputes. Mr. Sharad Upasani was Chairman of the Honorable Company Law Board from 1990 to 1992.
