Why State Bank of India SBI doesn't give insurance on Home Loan to NRI?

I was working in Bengaluru in 2013 when I bought a 3 BHK flat in Bengaluru and took 40 lakh home loan from SBI with monthly EMI of 40,238 INR. SBI also gave loan insurance for 20 years with monthly EMI of 800 INR.I moved to Singapore in 2015 and now I am NRI working and living in Singapore. In 2021, I went to India and bought my second flat in Bengaluru and took 30 lakh home loan from SBI.But this time, SBI didn’t give me home loan insurance saying they are not giving home loan insurance to NRI.
