I am staying in Singapore. When I tried to withdraw money from my nre account atm card, atm was declined giving message account is INOPEERATIVE ACCOUNT.

I am staying in Singapore and I have an ATM Debit Card.Today I tried to withdraw money from my NRE Account  by using my ATM Debit Card but I was unable to withdraw the amount.I got below SMS on my mobile:Dear SBI Customer, transaction dated 18-Jan-22 14:40:15 through card ending **81 has been declined due to INOPEERATIVE ACCOUNT. Please contact branch.
