Why DBS Bank is having system outage so frequently in Singapore?

DBS Bank Internet Banking and ATM have been facing outage very frequently in last few months and that too for a very long hours like 2-8 Hours in same day.
Outage on 5th May 2023:
DBS Internet Banking, ATM and PayWave was down from 11:30 AM SGT to 1:30 PM SGT. It was down for almost 2 hours.
A lot of users have complained on social media and fakebook page to DBS Banking.
Outage on 29th March 2023:
DBS Internet Banking, ATM and PayWave was down from 8:30 AM SGT to 4:30 PM SGT. It was down for almost 8 hours.
A lot of users have complained on social media and fakebook page to DBS Banking.
Outage on 21st November 2021:
DBS Internet Banking, ATM and PayWave was down for almost 2 days.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has said that frequent long hours outage is unacceptable.
