I am planning to invest 80-90 Lacs in property in Bangalore for investment. Which one is better among Prestige City , Godrej Park Retreat and Ahad Serenity in Sarjapur Road?

Sarjapur has become one of the great investment place for Bengaluru as rentals are very high as it's very close to Eco Space Park and other IT Parks of Marthahalli roads.All the IT Parks and 4-5 International Schools are just 2-3 KM in that area. Prestige Smart City: This is around 10 km on Marthahalli Sarjapur Road from Wipro Office. This project is making around 4000 Flats with 2BHK and 3 BHK. 2BHK Cost around 60-70 lacs with saleble area (900-1100 sq ft)3BHK Cost around 90 lacs - 1.3 Crore with saleble area (1374-1800 sq ft)  Godrej Park Retreat: This is around 2 km on Marthahalli Sarjapur Road from Wipro Office. This project is making around 2000 Flats with 2BHK and 3 BHK. 2BHK Cost around 60-70 lacs with saleble area (900-1100 sq ft)3BHK Cost around 84 lacs with saleble area (1274 sq ft)
