Is it a good decision to move Singapore with monthly salary 12000 SGD for a family of 4 including 2 kids?

Introduction:

We are family of 4 including my husband and 2 kids. My husband is getting offer of 12000 SGD in Meta Facebook.

We are currently living in Bengaluru and my husband is getting 200k INR (4000 SGD) monthly. 

Monthly expense in India:

1. We have 3 bedroom condo own house in Bengaluru and also Honda City car with driver.
2. We are living a nice luxury life. Our kids are going in school with 3rd and 5th standard in international school. Their monthly fee comes around 8k INR.
3. We have a cook and maid and their expenses is 9k monthly.
4. We are going for shopping every week which cost around 25-30k monthly.
5. Our kids are having guitar and music class which cost 5k monthly.
6. We have 2 Labrador dog with us and their food cost 5k monthly.

Moving to Singapore:

Now if we move to Singapore with monthly salary 12000 SGD, we have to pay rent for house in Singapore.

I enquire online and saw 3 bedroom house cost around 4000 SGD.

We are left with only 8000$ monthly after rent.

How much it will cost for children international school?

How much it will cost for having car and driver?

Is it really a worth coming to Singapore?

Why Singapore company paying this much less salary if their expenses are so high?

I think we must get paid at least 15-16k monthly in Singapore as 12k is very less.
