A normal 2 BHK Condominium which cost earlier was around 2000-2500 SGD now costing around 3500-4000 SGD and even 1 BHK small Condominium costing around 3000 SGD. This is really a steep increase in prices which people have faced earlier like this.Before Covid-19 when Malaysia and other borders were opened, a lot of people were easily living in Johor Bohru and working in Singapore and easily crossing the borders.When Malaysia and other borders were closed in 2021, people didn’t get chance to change the house and many people couldn’t travel back to their nation and that is why house demand increased a lot.A lot of expats who are coming from India and other Nations also facing issues finding houses now in their budget.Singapore is one of the largest IT Hub of Asia and we have seen a lot of multinational companies coming to Singapore each year.
