What to do if we are moving out of Singapore after 3 months of renting house but owner is asking full 1 year rental?

I moved into a new rental house a month ago by signing a 2 year house lease agreement with 12+2 diplomatic clause and I'm now moving out of Singapore in 3 months due to internal company transfer. My landlord is insisting that I must pay remaining period of diplomatic clause rental amount for 9 months and she is firm on this. I tried providing alternative for lease take over by other tenants but she is not willing to this proposal. What choices do I have at this moment to minimize the financial damage?
