SUPARCO, Pakistan Space & Upper Atmosphere Research Commission, was started in 1961 in Pakistan and ISRO was started in India in 1969.SUPARCO have budget only 32$ Million while ISRO have budget 1.7$ Billion in 2022. ISRO have already sent a lot of satellites for India and now ISRO is also sending commercial satellites for foreign nations earning millions of dollars each year.European internet provider company OneWeb have paid 200$ Million to ISRO for sending their 39 satellites into space.
