Jenkins Build failing : Spring Boot build fails: Error when starting fork

I am using Gradle Build with Spring Boot 2.1.0 RELEASE. This works fine if I build local system with Gradle-6.0.
But I started to get build failures when I build on Jenkins with Gradle-6.0.
Error Message:
